An exciting opportunity is opening new possibilities for Africa’s creative industry.
The Akuna Group, chaired by Sir Idris Elba, in partnership with Google, has opened applications for From Script to Screen with AI : a fully funded, 50-week filmmaking programme designed to equip African creators with AI filmmaking skills, mentorship and opportunities for film production funding.
The programme is open to aspiring and emerging filmmakers, photographers, designers, editors, digital content creators and visual artists in Kenya and four other African countries.
You do not need prior AI experience or a film school qualification. All you need is a story to tell and creative work to demonstrate your potential.
